- QDo I need to bring my own camera?

It’s totally fine!
Many of the club members use their smartphones to take pictures, and if you want to get serious about photography, there are about five cameras available for loan from the club, so you can always try your hand at it!
- QHow often are you active?

The entire project is about once a month.Individual projects are about once every 2 weeks.
Activities are also voluntary, not compulsory, so you can participate according to your own schedule. Activities are suspended during test periods, so it is easy to balance your studies!
- QCan students who are taking classes outside of the Ito Campus (e.g., School of Medicine, School of Art and Design, Department of Integrated Basic Engineering, etc.) join the club?

Of course, you are welcome!
In fact, many people who attend the Maidashi Campus and Ohashi Campus have joined our club. You don’t need to worry because our activities are rarely held at Ito, and we often have photo sessions off campus. In addition, there is a group of people who study at Maidashi, so you can also deepen your relationship with other people in Maidashi.
- QCan I belong to other clubs and circles as same as photo club?

You can do!
The main activity of our club is a photo session, which is held twice a month on Saturdays and Sundays. Participation is not mandatory, so you can attend activities according to the schedule of other clubs you belong to!
- QCan I join the club if I am more than 2nd grade?

Students of any grade can join the club!
Many of the newcomers are not only undergraduates, but also master’s and doctoral students!
- QHow much are the club fees?

It is 5,000 yen per year.

In the main club room, you can print photos and process (Lightroom) the photos you have taken. Film can be developed in the darkroom.
About the atmosphere of the club activities
- QWhat is the atmosphere like for drinking?

Two to three times a year, a drinking party is held as a social gathering, but participation is not mandatory.
Also, it is up to each individual to decide whether or not to drink. We will never force you to drink.Furthermore, we sometimes have a dinner party with a few people after a photo session or a request for a photo shoot.
- QIs the photo session “serious?”
- A
No, we do not.
Although some of the club members are so-called “camera gurus” who know a lot about photography and cameras. Most of us enjoy taking pictures with our smartphones or digital cameras.
Of course, the main focus of the photo sessions is taking pictures, but you can also enjoy the photo sites as if you were sightseeing!
- QAre senior members kind? And is the hierarchical relationship strict?

As far as I (B2), the HP manager, know, all the seniors are friendly!Also, the hierarchical relationship is not strict.
